Marketing - General Public Utilities (GPU) CD-Rom

One of our biggest marketing projects was the production of a virtual tour CD Rom for General Public Utilities, GPU headquartered in western Pennsylvania. The company was selling 48 properties including generating stations, development sites and support facilities. The CD was developed for pre-qualified bidders interested in purchasing these properties. It allowed them to “visit” each of the properties through the virtual tour. Video and still shots documented each location and facility. The end result netted the seller 2 and ½ times their asking price.
