Interactive Training Programs

We produced a basic training seminar for power plant and RR employees to improve communications and safe work practices during coal deliveries to the stations rail yard.

A railroad company representative, a state railroad inspector and power plant employees had a round table lecture and discussion of existing hazards and potentially unsafe situations.

The resulting video was produce to a CD-Rom to be used for other employees from afternoon and night shifts that were not able to attend the lecture meeting. The CD is also being used during safety meetings and for new employee training.

We helped an industrial gas supply company reduce their insurance rates by implementing a mandatory basic safety training program.  With approximately 100 stores on the east coast, we provided an interactive training CD-ROM that pre-tested, instructed, reviewed then final tested all employees utilizing the companies existing computer network.  The individual test results are stored electronically and delivered to the safety training department and the insurance company to verify compliance.  The program is always ready for new employees at additional stores that are planned to open in the future.
